1. General Use and Eligibility

This website provides information on energy services and a secure portal for client onboarding. By initiating the onboarding process, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the entity you represent.

2. KYC and AML Compliance

To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, AM Energy requires all prospective clients to undergo a verification process.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete documentation, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and corporate ownership structures (UBO).
  • Verification: You authorize AM Energy to use third-party services to verify your identity and screen against global sanctions, PEP (Politically Exposed Persons), and adverse media lists.
  • Right to Refuse: AM Energy reserves the right to deny service or terminate the onboarding process at any time, without prior notice or detailed explanation, based on our internal risk assessment and regulatory obligations.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and proprietary onboarding workflows are the property of AM Energy. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

AM Energy provides its platform and information "as is." While we maintain high security standards, we are not liable for:

  • Technical delays in the onboarding process.
  • Losses resulting from the rejection of a client application based on compliance findings.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the portal.

6. Data Retention and Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Note that KYC data may be retained for a period of 7 years as required by applicable Anti-Money Laundering regulations, even if a business relationship is not established.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
